1. π§ Technical Issues Preventing Service Use
If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using core features, you may be eligible for a refund if:
- The issue prevents you from using primary features (uploading images, generating animations, chatting with characters)
- You report the issue to our support team within 7 days
- You provide reasonable cooperation in troubleshooting
- The issue is not resolved within 14 days of your initial report
- The issue is caused by our Service and not by external factors
Refund Amount: Pro-rated refund for the period during which the Service was unavailable.
Exclusions: No refund if the issue is caused by your internet connection, device, or browser, or if the issue was resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
2. π³ Billing Errors
If you are charged incorrectly due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund.
Examples of billing errors:
- Double charging
- Charges after subscription cancellation was properly processed
- Charges for a plan you did not select
- Incorrect pricing applied
Process: Contact support@doodle-pal.com with transaction details. We will investigate and process a refund within 7-10 business days if confirmed.
3. π¨ Unauthorized Charges
If your payment method was used without your authorization:
- Report Immediately: Contact us at support@doodle-pal.com and your payment provider
- Report unauthorized charges within 60 days
- Provide reasonable evidence that the charge was unauthorized
- Secure your account by changing passwords
We will investigate, suspend the account if fraud is suspected, and issue a refund if confirmed.
4. π Failure to Disclose Material Information
If we failed to clearly disclose material information about:
- Subscription pricing
- Feature availability
- Service limitations
- Terms that significantly impact your use
You may request a refund within 7 days of subscribing if you can demonstrate the information was not disclosed and you would not have subscribed otherwise.
